 I've only done about 2 hours of research; I've seen a picture from 2002 with Mynd Asthildur Helgadottir wearing her Number 6 National Team jersey like this. She was with the seniors from about 1998 to 2007. For now, Im going to guess this is an early 2000's Icelandic gamer. I have not identified the player either.
